hmm , wonder who’s been setting the example for these ‘model’ children to think that this behavior is normal ?
Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyone home?
They are 17 years old. They were born in 2007 or 2008. For their whole lives they have been told by successive government and political leaders that neither the law nor the police need be obeyed. This is hardly surprising.
Wow! My first question is who are the owner[s] of these vehicles? Secondly, should the owner[s] be legally accountable for securing their vehicles? Keep away from the sight and reach of children!
Perhaps these two 17 year olds need a lesson in what criminal activities leads to. Sounds like a scheduled visit to Casemates should be arranged.
Absolutely no regard for the law, they didn’t stop when signaled to do so; driving underage and with no license or insurance; no regard for other road users, Ignorance is bliss!
They are heading for a criminal record and tarnished future at an early age!
