Single Lane Closure On Middle Road
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advised that “a single lane closure will take place on Middle Road, near Store Hill in Smith’s Parish, to facilitate trenching works by BELCO.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The lane closure will be in effect from Saturday, 4 October 2025, through Monday, 6 October 2025. Working hours are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.
“Traffic control will be managed by Intelligent Excavating & Landscaping representatives. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes via Hermitage Road, Vermont Road, or North Shore Road, and to proceed with caution if travelling through the area.”
