The trip duration was listed as from September 3, 2025 – September 9, 2025, and the web page listing said, “The Minister of Home Affairs represented Bermuda at the 2nd Africa–CARICOM Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia [6–8 September 2025], convened by the African Union Commission with Heads of Government of CARICOM.
