Change In Coaching Staff For Football Team
Assistant Coach Kenny Thompson has “requested to leave the staff while he attends to some personal matters” and “Jake Littlejohn, FIFA Talent Coach will officially join the staff,” the BFA said today.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Senior Men’s National team continues preparation for the next round of matches in the Concacaf Qualifiers, Road to 2026. The players will be anxious to return to Bermuda for their date with destiny against the Trinidad and Tobago Soca Warriors on October 10th, 2025 and their return match against the Jamaica Reggae Boyz in Jamaica on October 14th.
“In as much, we announce there will be a change to the coaching staff. Assistant Coach Kenny Thompson has requested to leave the staff while he attends to some personal matters. Jake Littlejohn, FIFA Talent Coach will officially join the staff as we continue our World Cup journey.
“Jake Littlejohn was previously on the coaching staff at Norwich City Football Club Academy where he spent two and a half years. Jake then became a FIFA Talent Coach in May 2024 as part of their Talent Development Scheme. He has been a part of the FIFA Talent Academy Bermuda for a year.”
