Khano Smith Leads Team Into Play-Offs
Khano Smith’s Rhode Island have clinched their second successive play-off berth with a goalless draw away to North Carolina FC in the United Soccer League Championship yesterday [October 18].
A former Bermuda national team captain, Smith impressed in his first year as a head coach last term, leading Rhode Island to the Eastern Conference final in their inaugural season.
Rhode Island are seventh in the Eastern Conference.
