Polaris Holding Declares $0.10 Dividend
Polaris Holding Company Ltd. announced a $0.10 per share dividend.
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Polaris said, “Please accept this notification that a special dividend in the amount of BD $0.10 per share has been declared and approved by the board of directors of the Company, payable on 31 October 2025, to the shareholders of record as at the close of business on 20 October 2025. The ex-date is 17 October 2025.
