Sophia Dias Competes At Stu Nelson Regatta
Bermudian sailor Sophia Dias and her Tulane Green Wave teammates finished 12th at the Stu Nelson Trophy regatta, hosted by Connecticut College.
Tulane finished with a total score of 207 across three divisions in the 17-team field.
The team’s top performance came from the B Division, where Lola Kohl and Sabrina Casagrande placed sixth, contributing 52 points.
In the A and C divisions, Tulane placed 13th.
Dias served as skipper for six races in the C Division, sailing with Elizabeth Struve and contributing 76 points. Oakley Cunningham skippered the A Division team, which finished with 79 points.
