Andrew Armstrong Transfers To Marshall
Bermudian footballer Andrew Armstrong has transferred from the University of Dayton to Marshall University.
“I’m extremely grateful to announce my commitment to Marshall University,” Armstrong said.
The striker helped the University of Dayton reach the Atlantic 10 Championship final in November.
Saint Louis University won 5-4 on penalties after the game ended 1-1 in regulation time.
Armstrong helped the Bermuda under-23 national team win the gold medal at the International Island Games in Orkney, Scotland, last summer.
Marshall University is located in Huntington, West Virginia.
Their men’s football team plays in NCAA Division 1.
