PHC Zebras moved to the top of Bermuda’s Premier Division standings with a 1-0 victory over North Village Rams.
Enrique Russell scored the decisive goal in the 75th minute, finding space inside the penalty area before turning and driving a low shot into the corner.
First Division: Wolves 3 Robin Hood 2
Wolves claimed a 3-2 win over league leaders Robin Hood, a result that reshaped the First Division promotion race.
Despite Keishen Bean scoring his 17th goal of the campaign to maintain his lead atop the league’s scoring charts, Robin Hood were unable to repel a late surge from the home side.
Wolves opened the scoring in the 26th minute through Jarred Douglas, but Bean equalized before halftime to leave the match level at the break.
The game remained evenly poised until the closing stages, when Khiari Sharrieff and Antonio Wade struck in quick succession to put Wolves ahead 3-1. A late goal from Samuel Carolo reduced the deficit and set up a tense finish, but Wolves held on to claim a significant victory over the division leaders.
