Gianluca Bortoli Places Fourth In Barbados
Gianluca Bortoli finished fourth in the men’s elite race at the recent World Triathlon Development Regional Cup in Bridgetown, Barbados.
Bortoli, who has already qualified for the Carifta Games in Grenada in April, posted a time of 1hr 00min 03sec.
In the same field, Lucas Bule crossed the line in fifteenth with a time of 1:11:38, while Sanchez Smith, another Carifta-bound athlete, followed in seventeenth in 1:17:47.
Madison Schindel finished thirteenth in the elite women’s race in 1:16:40.
