Premier To Deliver Budget Statement On Friday
On Friday [Feb 20], Premier and Minister of Finance David Burt will deliver the Budget Statement in support of the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
A Government spokesperson said, “On Friday, February 20, the Premier and Minister of Finance, the Hon. David Burt, JP, MP, will deliver the Budget Statement in support of the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
“Premier Burt shared prior to Friday that this year’s Budget was created in consultation with Bermudians, businesses, and community stakeholders. It focuses on responsible financial management, tax relief for workers, reducing debt, investing in infrastructure, and ensuring economic growth delivers real benefits for Bermudians.
“The public can tune in live starting at 10.00 am on Friday to watch Premier Burt deliver the Budget live via the Bermuda Government’s Facebook page, Youtube channel and on the Government’s television station [CITV], which can be found on OneComm Ch 2, WOW Ch 102, Digicel Ch 103.”
