Education Dept Launches Spring Arts Festival
The Department of Education launches Spring Into the Arts 2026, an exciting island-wide festival uniting students from 28 schools to showcase creativity and cultural stories under the inspiring theme “One World, Many Stories.”
A spokesperson said, “The Department of Education proudly presents Spring Into the Arts 2026, a vibrant, island-wide celebration of student creativity, collaboration, and cultural expression.
“The annual performance and visual arts festival will showcase the talents of students from 28 participating schools, including 21 public schools and 7 private schools, making it Bermuda’s most inclusive and anticipated youth arts event. The performance showcases take place from April through May 2026. More details to follow.
“The festival begins with two art exhibitions hosted at the Bermuda Society of Arts, featuring the 61st Annual Schools Art Exhibitions [Free Admission].
“This year’s theme, ‘One World, Many Stories,’ invites students to explore diverse perspectives, cultures, and experiences through visual art.
“Middle & Senior School Art Exhibition: February 25 – March 14, 2026.
“Primary School Art Exhibition: March 20 – April 11, 2026.
“Both exhibitions are free and open to the public, offering the community a chance to experience the imagination and technical skill of Bermuda’s young visual artists.”
