Adam Hall Set For Classic Quarter-Finals
Bermudian baseball player Adam Hall has helped Team Canada claim a 7-2 victory over Cuba at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to reach the World Baseball Classic quarter-finals.
They finished the group stage with a 3-1 record to finish top of pool A.
Canada are set for a trip to Daikin Park in Houston, where they will face the runner-up from pool B tomorrow [March 13].
Infielder Hall is a former Baltimore Orioles second-round pick and has played for Minor League Baseball teams the Biloxi Shuckers and the Nashville Sounds in recent years.
