Miguel Power & Sean Pedro Race In UK Event
Bermudian sailors Miguel Power and Sean Pedro competed in the ILCA UK Ovington ILCA 6 National Open at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy.
The regatta, held at the venue that hosted the London 2012 Olympic sailing competition, featured five races and a fleet of 80 boats, including leading youth and senior sailors from the British Isles.
Miguel Power was the top Bermudian finisher, placing 37th overall with a net score of 138. His best result came in the fifth and final race, where he finished 27th.
Sean Pedro finished 55th overall with a net score of 223. His strongest performance was also in the final race, where he placed 29th.
