Bermuda Carifta Athletes Return Home
Carifta athletes returned home last evening, with Acting Minister of Tourism & Transport, Culture & Sport Alexa Lightbourne celebrating their dedication, sportsmanship, and impressive performances.
The Government posted the photos below online, saying, “Bermuda gave a heroes welcome to our CARIFTA athletes, who returned home last evening.
“The Acting Minister of Tourism & Transport, Culture & Sport the Hon. Alexa Lightbourne was on hand to meet the team, whose incredible performances, dedication, and sportsmanship have brought pride to our island.
“We are so proud of their achievements, from start to finish! Welcome home, we celebrate you and all you’ve accomplished.
