Clarien Iron Kids Registration Now Open
Registration is open for the 36th Annual Clarien Iron Kids Triathlon, set for June 13 at Clearwater Beach, featuring age-group races for children 3 to 15 along with scheduled start times, registration details, and race kit collection information.
A spokesperson said, “Registration is now open for the 36th Annual Clarien Iron Kids Triathlon on Saturday, June 13 at Clearwater Beach in St. David’s.
Are You Ready to Race?
The Junior Triathlon [Ages 7 – 15]
“Children ages 7-15 swim, bike and run to the finish line. This competition is open to all children, but veteran youth triathletes often participate.
Tiny Tots Race [Ages 3 – 6]
“This is the last triathlon event of the day, open to children ages 3-6. Tiny Tots must be accompanied by an adult.
Boys & Girls [Ages 11-15]
- 200 meter swim
- 5 mile bike
- 1 mile run
Boys & Girls [Ages 7-10]
- 100 meter swim
- 2.5 mile bike
- 0.5 mile run
Tiny Tots [Ages 3-6]
- 10 meter swim
- 250 meter bike
- 50 meter run
“The races begin at 9:30am with the 7-10 category kicking off the day. The 11-15s race at 10:30am, and the Tiny Tots close the morning out racing at 11:30am. All participants must be ages 3 to 15 on December 31, 2026. Children turning 7 or 11 before December 31 will be required to register in the next age group category.

Race Kit Collection
“Race Kit Collection and body marking begin at 8:30am on Saturday, June 13 at Clearwater Beach. However, participants who are unable to collect race kits at that time may collect on Friday, June 12 at the Clarien Point House office in Hamilton from 4pm-6pm.
“All Iron Kids participants must be at Clearwater Beach on Saturday, June 13 no later than 9 am to compete.
“Event sponsors currently include the Bermuda Triathlon Association, RenaissanceRe, Winner’s Edge, Butterfield & Vallis and Clarien Bank.
