April 7 & 8: One-Way Traffic On Langton Hill

The Ministry of Public Works and Environment has announced a one-way traffic flow on Langton Hill in Pembroke, from North Shore Road to Mount Hill, on April 7 and 8 to allow tree removal works.

A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the motoring public that a one-way traffic flow will be in effect on Langton Hill, Pembroke, from North Shore Road to Mount Hill to facilitate tree removal works. The traffic measure will be in place on Tuesday, 7 April 2026, and Wednesday, 8 April 2026.

“Working hours will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. Residents will continue to have access during the works.

“Traffic controls will be managed by Bermuda Arborist using barriers and stop-and-go personnel within the one-way system. Motorists are asked to use caution, expect delays, and allow crews to carry out the work safely.”
