Power Outage After Contractor Hits Power Cable

BELCO crews are working to restore power on Front Street after a contractor hit a power cable.

BELCO said, “We are aware of commercial customers in Pembroke Parish on Front Street experiencing an outage. A contractor has hit a power cable causing a number of business’ to lose power. Our crews are working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.”
