Assured Declares $0.38 Quarterly Dividend
Assured Guaranty Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, payable on May 29, to shareholders on record as of May 15.
A spokesperson said, “Assured Guaranty Ltd. today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 29 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2026.
“Assured Guaranty Ltd. is a publicly traded Bermuda-based holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Assured Guaranty provides credit enhancement products to the U.S. and non-U.S. public finance, infrastructure and structured finance markets.”
