Eighty Arrests For DUI So Far In 2026
There have been 80 arrests for DUI so far in 2026, with seven people — aged between 18 and 63 – arrested over the Bermuda Day holiday weekend.
A police spokesperson said, “There have been 80 arrests for DUI so far in 2026. The attached PDF, RTCs and DUI arrests 2006 to 2026, shows DUI arrests peaked in 2018 with 366.

“That figure dropped substantially during COVID, before increasing to 273 DUI arrests in 2023. With 223 DUI arrests in 2025, we are roughly on track to match that in 2026.
“There were 7 arrests for DUI over the Bermuda Day holiday weekend. Those arrested ranged in age from 63 to 18 years old.”
