Ministry Issues Two Road Traffic Notices
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment has issued two road traffic notices for Bermuda Bicycle Association Winners Edge Time Trial on Sunday and for Youth Movement in Colour Run on Saturday.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises the public of temporary traffic controls related to two events taking place this coming weekend.
“The Bermuda Bicycle Association Winners Edge Time Trial will take place on Sunday, 17 May 2026, between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. The event will occur along sections of South Road, with Race Marshals directing traffic along the route. There will be no road closures for this event.
“The Youth Movement in Colour Run will also take place on Saturday, 16 May 2026, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
“The event will occur in the Prospect and Devonshire areas, with the Community Police Team directing traffic along the route. There will be no road closures for this event.
“Motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly, exercise caution, and follow instructions from officials while travelling through the affected areas during the scheduled event times.”
