Video: Armstrong Scores In FC Motown Victory
Andrew Armstrong scored for FC Motown II as the team defeated the Hudson Valley Hammers 3-1 in USL League Two action.
The Morristown New Jersey based team took the lead in the 29th minute when Michael Ndiweni found the back of the net, giving them a 1-0 advantage at halftime. Armstrong doubled the lead in the 48th minute and Julien Lacher added a third goal in the 59th minute to put FC Motown II firmly in control.
The Hudson Valley Hammers pulled one back through Giovanni Rivera in the 69th minute, but FC Motown II held on for the 3-1 victory and all three points.
