Betschart Siblings Complete Pinehurst Event
Bermudian siblings Oliver and Darina Betschart completed their campaigns at the North & South Junior Amateur Championship at Pinehurst in North Carolina.
Oliver Betschart recorded an even-par 72 in the final round to move up the leaderboard. His round included three birdies, 12 pars and three bogeys, leaving him tied for 45th place at 11-over par for the tournament.
In the girls’ competition, Darina Betschart carded a five-over-par 77 in her final round. She made 14 pars, three bogeys and one double bogey to finish tied for 72nd place at 29-over par overall.
The championship was contested on the Pinehurst courses against a field featuring leading junior golfers from around the world.
