Court Closing Early For Sir John’s Funeral

All Court and Court Registry locations will close at 12:00 p.m. on June 24 due to the funeral for Sir John Swan.

The official circular, dated June 18th, says, “Kindly be advised, on Wednesday, the 24th of June 2026, all Court and Court Registry locations, including the Court of Appeal Registry and the Magistrates’ Court, will close at 12:00 p.m. for the Homegoing Service for Sir John Swan.

“Arrangements should be made to file documents between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in person or by contacting the Acting Registrar via email at supremecourt@gov.bm.”
