Southampton Rangers won the Premier Division KO Cup and Warwick Workmen’s Club claimed the First Division KO Cup during finals day at White Hill Field.

Premier Division KO Cup Final

Southampton Rangers won by 44 runs – Southampton Rangers 195/6, St. David’s Cricket Club 151/6

Southampton Rangers defeated St. David’s Cricket Club by 44 runs in the Premier Division KO Cup Final.

After losing the toss and being sent in to bat, Southampton Rangers scored 195 for 6 from their 20 overs. Dalin Richardson led the innings with 53 off 29 balls, including six fours and three sixes.

Chare Simons was St. David’s leading bowler with 3 for 47 from four overs.

In reply, St. David’s Cricket Club was held to 151 for 6. Allan Douglas led the Southampton Rangers bowling attack with figures of 2 for 31.

Isaiah O’Brien scored an unbeaten 92 from 56 balls for St. David’s, hitting nine fours and five sixes, but his innings was not enough to prevent defeat.

1st Division KO Cup Final

Warwick Workmen’s Club won by 26 runs – Warwick Workmen’s Club 164/9, Cleveland County 138/5

Warwick Workmen’s Club defeated Cleveland County by 26 runs to win the First Division KO Cup.

After Cleveland County won the toss and elected to bowl, Warwick Workmen’s Club posted 164 for 9 from 20 overs. Luke Fulton was the top scorer with 35.

Jermal Proctor was Cleveland County’s leading bowler with figures of 2 for 27.

Cleveland County finished on 138 for 5 in reply. Proctor top-scored with 45.

Malachi Jones returned figures of 2 for 27 from four overs as Warwick Workmen’s Club secured the victory and the First Division KO Cup title.
