Northshore Medical Launches Lab Survey
Northshore Medical Laboratory has launched its 2026 Lab Services Survey, inviting patients across Bermuda to share feedback on their experiences to help improve service quality and patient care.
A spokesperson said, “Northshore Medical Laboratory has launched its 2026 Lab Services Survey, inviting patients across Bermuda to share their experiences and help shape the future of laboratory services.
“The survey is designed to gather valuable feedback on patient satisfaction, customer service, accessibility, wait times, and overall laboratory experience. The information collected will assist Northshore Medical Laboratory in identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the quality of care provided to the community.
“As a thank you for participating, everyone who completes the survey will be automatically entered into a draw for a chance to win one of five NMAC gift vouchers valued at $200 each.
“We are committed to continuously improving our services and ensuring we meet the needs of our patients. Feedback from our community plays a vital role in helping us deliver the highest standard of healthcare.
“Patients who have previously used Northshore Medical Laboratory services are encouraged to participate by scanning the QR code featured on the promotional materials or accessing the survey through Northshore Medical Laboratory’s official channels.
“The survey is currently scheduled to close on July 6, 2026, with winners expected to be notified by email on or before July 14, 2026.”
