DeRosa-Williams Breaks Bermuda Discus Record
Tiara DeRosa-Williams has established a new Bermuda national record in the women’s discus following a third-place finish at the Throw Town Ramona meeting, part of the Oklahoma Throws Series.
DeRosa-Williams’s podium performance yielded a top mark of 51.10 meters, or 167 feet 8 inches, officially resetting the island’s national benchmark. The distance surpasses the previous national record of 50.07 meters.
