Rockaway Ferry Gangway Repairs Completed
Motorcycle access to the Rockaway Ferry Landing has resumed after repairs to the remote gangway were completed by the Department of Public Works.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Marine & Ports Services advises the public that repairs to the remote gangway at the Rockaway Ferry Landing have now been completed by the Department of Public Works.
“Effective this morning, July 20, motorcycle access to the Rockaway Ferry Landing has been fully restored and the remote gangway is once again available for normal use.
“The Department thanks the public for its patience and understanding while these essential repairs were carried out and apologizes for any inconvenience experienced during the temporary suspension.”
