August 23: Road Closure In Devonshire
A road closure will be in effect on the Railway Trail from Loyal Hill Road to Foothills Road in Devonshire Sunday, August 23 to “accommodate the Back to School Bash event.”
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment wishes to advise motorists that the Railway Trail from Loyal Hill Road to Foothills Road, Devonshire, will be closed on Sunday, 23 August 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
“The closure is to accommodate the Back to School Bash event. Residential and local access will be permitted.
“Traffic control will be under the direction of representatives from the Church of God Miracle Temple.
“The Ministry of Public Works and Environment encourages the full cooperation of the public and apologises for any inconvenience that may result.”
