Princeton Tigertones To Perform In Bermuda

The Princeton Tigertones will hold a free daytime a cappella performance at the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity on Wednesday, August 26.

The performance, which was arranged in partnership with the U.S. Consulate, will take place from 12.30pm to 1.30pm at the cathedral on Church Street in Hamilton, and admission is free.

According to the Princeton Tigertones website, the group was founded in 1946 and generally consists of between ten and 16 Princeton University students.

The group performs music spanning classical selections, barbershop arrangements and jazz standards, as well as music from the 1960s, 1980s and modern pop.

The Tigertones also have a longstanding connection with Bermuda, with the group’s website noting that its first international tour was to the island in 1951.
