City Adjusts Garbage Collection For Labour Day
The City of Hamilton is advising City businesses and residents of changes to its garbage collection schedule for the upcoming Labour Day holiday.
A spokesperson said, “On Monday, September 7, garbage collection will take place for businesses, bars and restaurants only. There will be no residential garbage collection on that day.
“Normal garbage collection will resume for all businesses and residents on Tuesday, September 8.
“The City asks that all garbage be placed on the sidewalk or in designated garbage collection areas by the appropriate collection times and thanks the public for its cooperation.
