Photos: Student Officers Join Traffic Initiatives
Bermuda Police Service student officers from Recruit Foundation Course No. 86 joined experienced officers and Transport Control Department personnel for practical roadside training during today’s traffic initiatives.
A police spokesperson said, “You may have noticed a larger than usual police presence during today’s traffic initiatives. This is because student officers from Recruit Foundation Course No. 86 joined experienced Bermuda Police Service officers and Transport Control Department personnel for several hours of practical roadside experience.
“The student officers were introduced to ticket writing and gained hands on experience engaging with motorists. To everyone who was engaged by one of our student officers this morning, thank you for your patience and cooperation as they continue their training to serve Bermuda safely and professionally.”
