Sept 24-28: Lane Closure On Harrington Sound
An emergency lane closure closure will be in effect on Harrington Sound Road from Thursday [Sept 24] through Monday, September 28 to accommodate a waterline crossing.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment advises motorists of an emergency lane closure on Harrington Sound Road to accommodate a waterline crossing.
“The lane closure will be in effect from Thursday, 24 September through Monday, 28 September 2026, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
“Traffic controls will be in place under the direction of Island Construction representatives, with stop-and-go signs and traffic lights used as required.
“The Ministry encourages motorists to use caution when travelling through the area and apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
