Augustus Completes Opening Round In Surrey
Bermudian golfer Daniel Augustus carded an opening-round 11-over-par 83 at the Clutch Pro Tour’s Tier 2 Championship at Clandon Regis Golf Club in Surrey, England.
Augustus was tied for 70th after the opening round of the 36-hole tournament, which runs from October 7–8 on the par-72 course.
The event follows his appearance at the Tier 1 Tour Championship at Slaley Hall, where he recorded rounds of 84, 75 and 72 to finish at 15 over par.
Augustus recently won the Johnnie Walker Classic at Ocean View Golf Course in September, finishing six strokes clear of the field.
