Bermuda Rugby To Host Youth Training Camp
Bermuda Rugby will host a “Train Like a Pro” camp for players aged 12 to 16 at the National Stadium from October 19 to 23.
The camp will feature United States women’s players Lauren Doyle and Nicole Heavirland and run from 9am to noon each day. It will cost $70 per person.
The programme will cover contact and structure, strength and conditioning, attack and speed, and skills and games.
