Budget-Jet Rebrands As Premium Car Wash
Premium Car Wash & Detailing has rebranded from Budget-Jet Car Wash & Detailing Services, building on more than a decade of vehicle-care experience while introducing enhanced services, a guided booking journey and customer rewards.
“For more than 10 years, Budget-Jet Car Wash & Detailing Services has been part of Bermuda’s vehicle-care community – caring for vehicles, building relationships and serving generations of familiar faces along the way. That history is not something we wanted to leave behind. It is the foundation of what comes next,” said the owner Ms Tracy Ottley.
A spokesperson said, “On August 28th, the business officially welcomed customers, friends and supporters into its next chapter as Premium Car Wash & Detailing, under the message: Same trusted care. A new Premium standard.
“Over the past several months, the business has been rebuilding the experience around everything learned during its first decade: how customers choose their services, how appointments are booked, how the team works together, and how vehicle care can feel clearer from the very beginning.”
“We wanted to preserve the personal service people already knew, while giving customers more confidence and clarity about the care their vehicle actually needs,” Ms. Tracy Ottley said.
A spokesperson added, “That is why Premium now offers a much clearer service journey – from focused exterior and interior care to everyday maintenance, deeper detailing, and complete vehicle resets. Premium Experiences, Diamond Protection and Specialty Care are also available to enhance the overall finish.
“Because choosing the right service should feel clear from the start, the business created its Guided Booking Journey – allowing thoughtful service to begin before the vehicle even arrives. But some things have not changed.”
“We are still a local, family-run business. We are still at our convenient North Shore Road location. And the relationships built through Budget-Jet remain an important part of who we are becoming,” Ms. Tracy Ottley said.
A spokesperson added, “The community celebration gave the team an opportunity to mark that history with many who have supported the business along the way. Since then, it has been especially rewarding to welcome familiar customers back through the gates while also introducing new customers to Premium for the first time.”
