A Delta flight diverted to Bermuda leaves Boston travelers stranded for hours, according to a story in the WCVB.
The story said, “What started as a routine domestic flight turned into a travel nightmare for many people returning to Massachusetts on Tuesday. A Delta Airlines flight from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Boston was diverted to Bermuda due to a medical emergency.
“The unusual situation made a 4-hour flight last about 30 hours. A Delta Airlines spokesperson said the crew timed out, so passengers were put in hotels overnight. ”
