The PLP Government has completed renovations of the historic Chelsea property in St. George’s, a listed building that dates back to 1874, into 5 modern apartments.
Another historic building has been sacrificed by the PLP Government and the PLP Government must build new housing because it cannot or will not create economic conditions that would make it attractive for private developers to create residential housing.
Of course, private developers will not give away $1 MILLION PLUS homes the way the PLP Government seems to want to do.
