Police Confirm Death Of 17-Year-Old Male
“Sadly, the Bermuda Police Service [BPS] can now confirm that the 17-year-old young man shot on Curving Avenue, Pembroke, more than a week ago, has since succumbed to his injuries, at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital,” the police said this evening.
A police spokesperson said, “Following the teen’s passing, a BPS Family Liaison Officer was assigned to assist his next of kin.
“The investigation regarding this now fatal firearm incident, which occurred around 10:45pm Wednesday, 14th October 2026, remains active and has transitioned to a murder enquiry.
A further investigative update will be provided, in the coming days.
