Moore Wins Six Medals At World Police Games
Bermudian swimmer Madelyn Moore made an outstanding showing to reach the podium in all six of her events at the 2026 USIP World Police Games in Santo Domingo, winning five gold medals and one silver to help Bermuda finish fourth overall.
Moore, a member of the Bermuda Police Service, won gold in both the 50m and 100m freestyle at the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center. She matched that performance in the backstroke, winning gold over both distances.
In the butterfly, Moore claimed her fifth gold in the 50m event and took silver in the 100m.
Moore’s six medals placed Bermuda second only to China in the swimming medal table. Across all sports, Bermuda finished behind China, the Dominican Republic and the Czech Republic at a Games that drew police athletes from 32 countries.
