Ascendant To Seek Relief From 60/40 Rule

Bermuda National Limited announced today [Oct 1] that the restructuring of Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited [BCB] has been completed. BCB’s Shares were cancelled for trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and the BNL Shares were admitted to and commenced dealings on the BSX. Murder Trial Pushed Back One Week
Norris Simpson, 53, appeared via videolink in this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment session. Mr Simpson, who is accused of murdering Ida James, had his trial date set back one week and will now go on trial on 13th November. Guilty Plea: Causing Dr Alex Doty’s Death
23-year-old David Thomas pleaded guilty to causing the death of Dr. Alexander Doty in this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment session.
