Murder Trial Pushed Back One Week
Norris Simpson, 53, appeared via videolink in this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment session. Mr Simpson, who is accused of murdering Ida James, had his trial date set back one week and will now go on trial on 13th November. He is being defended by Elizabeth Christopher. Guilty Plea: Causing Dr Alex Doty’s Death
23-year-old David Thomas pleaded guilty to causing the death of Dr. Alexander Doty in this morning’s [Oct 1] Supreme Court Monthly Arraignment session. Mr Thomas was also charged with causing death by driving with excess alcohol in the blood, which he pleaded not guilty to.
