Court: Pernell Brangman Guilty Of Sex Offences
A Supreme Court jury unanimously found Pernell Brangman guilty of sexual offenses against a young girl in the late 1990s. Czech Republic national Josef Vlcek has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for importing over $9.5 million worth of heroin.
