Photos: Men’s Rugby Teachers vs Police

In the Bermuda Rugby Football League matches held yesterday [Jan 30], men’s action saw the Police close the gap at the top of the league following their 16 – 8 win over the defending league champions Teachers. In the other match the Renegades defeated the Mariners 21 – 13.

The Renegades Ladies defeated the Mariners Ladies 5 – 1. With the win the Renegades Ladies clinched the league title with 3 matches remaining in the season and extending their impressive unbeaten run. Melissa Field and Nicky Jones both scored two try’s for the Renegades Ladies, while Laura Haynes added the other, Deneka Borden scored the lone Try for the Mariners Ladies. In the other game the Teachers Ladies defeated the Police Ladies 3 – 1.
