Arch Capital Group Ltd. Completes Acquisition
Bermuda-based Arch Capital Group Ltd. today announced that it acquired Ariel Re’s Credit & Surety reinsurance operations based in Zurich. The former Ariel Re Credit & Surety team joined the Zurich branch office of Arch Reinsurance Europe Underwriting Limited (Arch Re Europe).
The team is operational, and Arch Re Europe anticipates a seamless transition for service to both clients and intermediaries. Arch Re Europe is rated “A+” by Standard & Poor’s.
