DREAM Girls At Harbourside Christmas Market
Youth group D.R.E.A.M Girls participated in the Harbourside Christmas Market at B.U.E.I. selling decorated ceramic tile ornaments & wall hangings designed and painted by the girls and members of the public.
President of Phenomenal People Margaret Giloth said, “Phenomenal People charity operates the DREAM GIRLS CLUB at the Youth Library for girls ages 9 – 13.
“Our aim is to positively influence them to be the best they can be through fun workshops, events and activities that develop skills that can be used to fulfill goals and dreams.
“The DREAM acronym stands for Dancing, Reading, Expression, Art/Acting and Modeling. We use these platforms in various ways to appeal to the youth and to teach valuable life lessons.”
D.R.E.A.M GIRLS will also be hosting a hot chocolate and baked goods booth on Front Street at the upcoming Hamilton Santa Parade scheduled for November 30.
