Police Confirm Death Of Ryan Cortez
The police have now confirmed the death of 42-year-old Ryan Cortez.
A police spokesperson said, “Sadly, the Bermuda Police Service [BPS] can now confirm that 42-year-old Ryan Cortez has succumbed to his injuries, at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
“Mr. Cortez, a Filipino national, was seriously hurt in a reported chicken culling incident on Hurst Crescent, Pembroke, near Bakery Lane, around 5:20pm Wednesday, 14th October 2026.
“A BPS Family Liaison Officer is currently assisting his next of kin, as the investigation regarding this matter continues.”
