    • Gary says:

This happened shortly after closing hours, a vacant parking lot away from the eye of the public eye made a good observa tion opportunity and escape route. Are there security proc-edures in place for staff arriving and leaving ? Are there any foot patrols by police in the area of city hall, bus terminal, church and queen st sections who take time to talk with busine ss about minimizing these possibilities ? No matter how careful a person is, the risks are there. I hope all affected make a good recovery.
