Celebration To Mark 100th Town Cut Anniversary

The Bermuda Pilot Gig Club is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the opening of the St. George’s Town Cut on Saturday, January 21 at 1.30pm, with the public invited to “come out to celebrate this once in our lifetime event.”

Participants will include Spirit of Bermuda, Pilot Boats, Gigs, and bagpipes, and the cannon will fire at Gates Fort as the boats parade through.
