Watch Live Videos Featuring Restaurant Weeks
This year’s Restaurant Weeks is running from January 12 to February 3, and a behind-the-scenes look at some of the participating restaurants will be available via live broadcasts on Bernews Facebook page.
Join us for a unique view of what goes on in the kitchens of participating restaurants with live cooking demos, along with a sneak peek of what’s on the menu.
The first live broadcast will be tomorrow, January 13 at 11.00am, with a look at Marcus’ at Hamilton Princess, as Bermudian Chef Juliana D’Estelle – who has been with the restaurant since it opened in May 2015 – offering a cooking demonstration.
Chef D’Estelle will prepare and plate a number of dishes from the Restaurant Weeks menu, including roasted beets and pickled mushrooms, miso-glazed salmon, and rum cake.

This year’s Restaurant Weeks runs from January 12 to February 3, with the largest number of participating restaurants ever – 50 – and the introduction of lunch, which is being offered as two-courses for $22. The three levels of pricing for this year’s event are $32, $42 and $52.
